One Time Recruitment /Sourcing Fees @ 10.33% of gross annual CTC per associate +GST.

Will be paid by client.

Absorption fees will be charged at the rate of @10.33% of gross annual CTC if client absorbs any candidates on its rolls directly from Aspino HR Service Pvt. Ltd.
Understand the current manpower requirements and the locations.
Plan accordingly & Commit to the client.
Identify the candidates through various strategies.
Strategies like head hunting, Market Research, Internal Database, tie-ups with colleges, Paper adds, Posters.
Stalls, Identify the candidates from rural places on volumes and get them deployed etc.
Initial Screening and line up the candidates for the Interview.
Once shortlisted do the reference check and Back ground verification.
Collect the required documents and complete the joining formalities.
Generate an ESIC and PF numbers as per to the documents.
Introduce the SPOC from our end to the employees and the employers
Once the manpower crosses above 50, we deploy a in plant supervisor without any additional cost
If any candidates leave the organization we check out for the reason and do the F & F as per to the client.
